Sunset Island 3-D is a modern bay side condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom bright and airy condo is perfect for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 3-D is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The bright, colorful living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, loveseat and flat screen smart TV along with a DVD player. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area with a beautiful beach mural painted on the wall. Adjoining the dining area is the open, fully stocked kitchen area with chairs at the kitchen island just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a wall mounted flat screen smart television, a bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and smart television. The third bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin overhead and a television. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to seven guests so bring the whole family! Sunset Island 3-D has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, two parking spaces, four TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. Bed sizes: BR1-King BDR 2-Queen BR3-Pyramid Bunk Bed This property does not allow pets or smoking. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
