Sunset Island 17 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balconies and a porch. This house is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 17 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. Classy and beach-themed, this house is the perfect place to host a family reunion. The living room is furnished with matching steel gray couches and armchairs and a flat screen TV. The windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with a island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Pass the kitchen is a large dining area with an extra sitting area and a flat screen TV along with a half bath off of the living area. There is seating in the kitchen area for 26 which includes 12 at the large dining table, 2 at the counter, 4 at the game table and 4 pull out seats around the large ottoman and 4 on the large sofa and chair. On the next level you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features a standing shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a day bed with trundle a trundel. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. On the top floor is the loft, which is where you'll find the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a TV, there is also a full bathroom on the loft floor. The ground floor houses the den/5th bedroom with a twin bed and television. There is a half-bathroom located on this entry floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family! Community Amenities: outdoor pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, island cafe, interactive fountain, fishing/crabbing pier, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes are provided, additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island Clubhouse. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
