Sunset Island 2-C is a luxury bayside condominium located in a 37 acre gated community. This three-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a balcony overlooking manicured lawns and the picturesque fountain. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals. The warm, beachy living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a master bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and a television. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
