This three-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood and a gorgeous fountain. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 2B is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The stylish living room is furnished with a tropical print sofa, a matching love seat and a flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy meals together. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island and a breakfast bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is a colorful haven for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
