Sunset Island 4B is a bayside condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the stunning Assawoman Bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 4B is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a chair and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island 4B has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, two parking spaces, three TVs, three DVD players, free WiFi (at Club House only), cable TV, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $75 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. No group rentals for guests under 25 permitted. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
