This beautiful condo is located on 37 Fountain Drive West and has some view of the bay and Ocean City. It is minutes away from Sunset Island Clubhouse and swimming pool area, and less than 3 blocks away from the Atlantic Ocean and famous Ocean City beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The condo is beautifully decorated. Nautical decor is featured throughout the place. The spacious balcony with bay view is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances to cook a full family dinner or a quick snack. QUEEN SLEEP SOFA Leave you cars on designated parking space (2 permits provided) and explore Ocean City by foot. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $75 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. You are only steps away from Bonfire Seafood Buffet, Fager's Island Bar and Grill, Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt, Ron Jon Surf Shop, OC Bowling Lanes or mini golf. Take your family to water sport adventure by renting kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis. Jump on the local bus to downtown of Ocean City and enjoy a famous boardwalk, cute little restaurants and fun amusement parks. Ocean City has everything you need to make your family vacation memorable. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
