Sunset Island 3-E is a modern bayside condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a balcony overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 3-E is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The warm, buttery living room is furnished with comfy couches and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bed, a trundle bed, and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, four TVs, four DVD players, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ceiling fans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and dishwasher. Sunset Island Amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. Bed Sizes: BR#1-King, BR#2-Queen, BR#3-Pyramid Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
