Sunset Island 15 is a modern bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, three and two halves-bathroom townhome has a balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 15 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The bright, colorful living room is furnished with comfy couches, cushioned chairs, and a television. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, brightly lit by windows and a glass-paneled door. Also off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find four of the bedrooms. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed and a personal television. The third bedroom has a double bed and a personal television. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is a loft has a queen-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. Also on the third floor is access to the furnished deck. The bottom-floor den doubles as the fifth bedroom and has a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa and a personal television. The second half-bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to eleven people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island 15 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, three parking spaces, ceiling fans, garage, heat, four TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $75 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. No group rentals for guests under 25 permitted. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
