Sunset Island 4 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhome has a balcony overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 4 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious, yet warm living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, matching chairs and a television. The larger sofa doubles as a twin sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Next to the kitchen is a second, larger dining area. Behind the kitchen is an enclosed, furnished patio area. Also off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. On the third floor, you'll find most of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a twin bed, a trundle bed, a television, and balcony access. The second full bathroom is located in the third floor hallway. The fourth bedroom is a loft on the top floor and has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The fifth bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen-size bed and a television. The fourth full bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to eleven people, so bring the whole family! This property does not have cable television, it offers netflix and YouTube along with DVD player and DVDs for entertainment. Six facility passes provided are included, additional passes are $70 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
