Sunset Island 4-C is a luxury bayside condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a balcony overlooking manicured lawns and a gorgeous pond. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 4-C is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The delightful coastal-themed living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a cushioned chair and a flat-screen television. The larger sofa doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a television The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.
