Sunset Island 57 is a modern bay side house located in a gated community. This six-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom single-family home has balconies overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on one side and the picturesque harbor on the other. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 57 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The warm, leafy living room is furnished with comfy couches, a fireplace, and a television. The glass-paneled doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is the spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Next to the kitchen is a large dining area, so the whole family can enjoy meals together. Also off the kitchen is a half-bathroom. On the third floor, you'll find most of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed, a twin sleep sofa, and a personal television. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom is located in the third-floor hallway. The fourth floor is the loft, which houses the fifth bedroom and a sitting area. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed. The sitting area has wicker furniture, a television, and access to the balcony. The third full bathroom is also located on the loft level. The sixth bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a daybed and a trundle bed. The fourth full bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family! Sunset Island Complex

The Sunset Island Registration Fee is noted and collected with your reservation through Shoreline Properties for your convenience. Registration Fees for Sunset Island Condos include 2 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Sunset Island Townhomes and Single Family Homes include 3 parking permits and 6 pool passes. Additional pool passes can be purchased at Sunset Island if needed, children under 3 years of age are free.

PLEASE NOTE: All our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will NOT be honored.

Sunset Island Resort has following features and amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, gym/fitness center, security guard on duty, outside foot shower, tennis court, outside shower, sauna.
